Thanks to Google, we happened to end up in the Burgkaffee while passing through. Since we liked the coffee and the cake, we found the ambience to be pleasant and the service was attentive, only 5 stars are possible.

Best cake & great coffee Finally Schmidsfelden has a restaurant again. It stood empty for a long time and we were very happy when we visited that the coach house has now reopened as "Burgkaffee Remise". In a pleasant ambience you can now not only enjoy very good coffee but also the best homemade cakes in the region. An absolute insider tip for the best cake enjoyment. Another reason to visit the small glassmaking village of Schmidsfelden much more often. We are looking forward to the next piece of cake.
